The Practice is trialling a system where patients can check their own blood pressure at the practice. This is open to all patients but we would especially encourage patients over 40yrs who have not had their blood pressure checked in the past year, or patients on treatment whose blood pressure has been well controlled on recent annual review. The monitor is located in the Reception Area with guidance on how to use the machine.
