If you have been in contact with us over the past few months you may have experienced a video consultation through a system called Accurx with your GP or Nurse for the first time. We have had to look at new and innovative ways of providing services and taking care of you during COVID-19. The following links give you some information about Accurx in particular the security of the system and how you can respond to text messages from us, manage any documents or survey’s we might send you and have a video consultation with your clinician.
