Due to the COVID-19 outbreak we will be conducting most of our consultations over the phone.
We advice our patients to;
-answer the questions our experienced receptionists ask
-follow their advice with regards accessing important information online
-if there is an urgent need to speak to a doctor/nurse to leave their phone number (land line and mobile)
-keep the line free and stay available to speak to the doctor/nurse
-write down the questions you want to ask the doctor/nurse including your concerns
-share your understanding of the outcome of the consultation with the doctor/nurse at the end of your telephone consultation
-monitor your symptoms and if they get worse ring back with an update/further concerns
