The WHO has published advice on how to protect your mental health during the COVID19 outbreak.

  • Avoid waiting, reading or listening to news that could distress you or make you feel anxious
  • Seek information mainly to take practical steps to prepare yourself and your loved ones to staff safe
  • Seek information updates at specific times during the day once or twice. The sudden and near-constant streams of news can cause anyone to worry
