Due to the COVID19 pandemic we had to change the way we deliver our services to cope with the increased demand and keep you, other patients and ourselves safe.
We introduced new ways of accessing the services and how we consult.
At this stage we are keen to get your view on how the new ways have worked out for you. To keep everybody safe we don’t foresee we can go back to how it was. The innovations could also have brought about changes which are worth keeping as they may well have improved your experience.
