The practice is registered and complies with the current GDPR regulations. Any request for access to notes by a patient, patient’s representative or outside body will be dealt with in accordance with GDPR requirements. Please contact the Practice Manager for further information. Written consent has to be obtained from the patient (when appropriate) for access to medical records.
Request for a copy of your medical records
Some people request a copy of their medical records to assist them to apply for specific benefits etc. As a practice we provide ONE copy of your medical record by email under SAR legislation for free. Further requests for the same information incur a charge.
